Be on time
Please arrive before class begins so you can settle in. Warm up is an important part of the program and our classes move quickly. Regulars who are running late can join up to 5 minutes past start time and need to do 60 knee lifts before joining the rest of the group. Once doors close, late arrivals will not be permitted in. Thanks for understanding!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class commences so you can settle in and receive a quick orientation on our method and studio. No first time client will be allowed in once class begins. If you are running late for your first class with us, give us a call or send us an email and we can assist in rescheduling your first visit.
Be a good neighbour
Please do not bring your mobile phones into class. This is your time to relax and get away from the stress of a busy day.
Wear comfortable fitness attire and grippy socks for all classes.
Bring a water bottle to keep cool and a small towel to keep dry.
Please clean the mats and other equipment after use with our anti-bacterial spritz to keep your workout area clean.
Floor mats & all equipment will be provided. Please clean and return all items back to place after class.
Please follow the directions of our experienced and caring teachers. Do not modify or do variations unless you are instructed.
