- FIRST TIMERS, please arrive 15 mins early so you can register, meet your teacher and settle in.
- REGULAR STUDENTS can join up to 5 minutes late, and need to do 60 knee lifts before joining the rest of the group.
- Late arrivals will not be permitted to join class. Please be respectful that a group class is in session, leave quietly and reschedule your class for another time.
Be a good neighbour
Please do not bring your mobile phones into class. This is your time to relax and get away from the stress of a busy day.
Wear comfortable fitness attire. Grippy socks are mandatory for all classes and will be checked at reception. We have socks available to buy at the studio in case you forget to bring your own.
Bring a water bottle to keep cool and a small towel to keep dry.
Please clean the mats and other equipment after use with our anti-bacterial spritz to keep your workout area clean.
Floor mats & all equipment will be provided. Please clean and return all items back to place after class.
Please follow the directions of our experienced and caring teachers. Do not modify or do variations unless you are instructed.
