Although she's one of the newest additions to the Barre 2 Barre family, Vanessa Chua holds an integral position - playing the role of photographer and social media guru. This week, we interview our resident social media intern!

Snap! Snap! Snap! Ever wonder who takes all those gorgeous shots of your favourite barrerinas? Or puts together those beautifully captioned photos for our instagram posts? 2018 has been quite the ride for the health and wellness scene in Hong Kong. There are even more vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based menu options, and sustainability is well and truly on everyone’s radar. Now that the holidays are behind us, it’s time to take a break from rich, wintery foods and look ahead to enjoying lighter fare. I’ve listed a few of my favourites and hope you enjoy trying them out. Let me know what you think! Remember, lighter food can still be nutrient-dense, and conscious eating is a mindful practice too! Make the right choices and savour each bite. Here’s to a new year full of everything that’s good, vibrant and healthy for us!
Leading up to our one year anniversary, we will be interviewing members of the Barre 2 Barre Singapore family weekly so you get to know the familiar faces you've grown to love! To kick things off, we interview our founders Mylene, Karen, and Jess!
