We absolutely love Corine, she has totally transformed her body because of barre (check out those guns). She loves packing in her cardio and pushing herself through our Bootcamp and Fire classes. 2018 has been quite the ride for the health and wellness scene in Hong Kong. There are even more vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based menu options, and sustainability is well and truly on everyone’s radar. Now that the holidays are behind us, it’s time to take a break from rich, wintery foods and look ahead to enjoying lighter fare. I’ve listed a few of my favourites and hope you enjoy trying them out.
